PSP rate of fire rumors

According to a multitude of threads across online forums like PbNation, there is the possibility that the PSP may change their maximum rate of fire for the 2008 season. I cannot confirm this one way or the other, but just in case this happens, I've gone ahead and updated all my software for every board to give a wider range of rate of fire settings.
