Hey that gives me an idea. Everyone give me some feedback on what elements make a "good" scenario as opposed to what faulty aspects deal out a "bad" scenario. The pros and cons as it were, from a players perspective.

Let's hear it all.

Good sportsmanship is probably number one. Bad feelings are highly contageous.

Balanced teams is a close seconds. Game should stay competitive. (This is probably the hardest thing for the producer to accomplish)

Good paint is essential. Nothing makes a game seem to go on forever like like shots going everywhere or having to clean your gun several times an hour.

Well thought out missions that are balanced and keep the teams engaged are a big plus.

Most players don't like running all over the field for no reason. Starting locations should be even and fairly close to the compound. Insertions need to be fair and balanced as well.

And on the pedestal these words appear:

"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away
.

The whole field is open during the scenario.
We open registration at 8:00am Saturday morning. The whistle blows at 11am and it wraps up around 6pm. The the closing awards ceremony.
We are also having a friday night pregame Army of Darkness movie viewing as well as some war board-gaming in the compound. Camp grounds are open as well.
