DEL -- PMI says...
************************************************** ****
John, What you want to do is call your sales rep and order 2 M10 rebuild kits. The kits come with the delrin seat removal tool, 3 o-rings, and 1 seat for the fill and dump side. The kit is very inexpensive and they come with detailed instructions. The fill station is very simple internally and rebuilding should only take your 5 minutes at the most. Do not try to remove the delrin seat without the seat removal tool. Without the tool it is almost impossible to remove the seat without damaging the fill station. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact technical support at 800-579-1633. ************************************************** *****

I've thus far kept quiet on this issue because the last time I brought up air, paint and marker problems, it escalated into something pretty ugly. But Sahara is right. The very basics of operating a paintball field are paint, air and markers.
When the HPA compressor was installed, I predicted it would fail during the heat of the summer. Sadly, cooling wasn't considered when the compressor was installed. It's currently installed in a non-insullated wooden building sitting out in the direct sun. Furthermore, there is no ventilation inside the building. Compressors generate huge amounts of heat. Anyone out there connecting the dots yet? The compressor should have been installed behind the trailer (making the noise less of an issue) and in a well ventilated shed. I also would have plumbed the fill stations inside the building so the person running the store could manage fills and better control could be maintained to insure all fills are paid for.

I do honestly appreciate your patronage and your team in general and hope that we can gain your trust and business once again. Please keep posted on our progress in this situation. To all others affected; I wish to echo the sentiments above to you individually as well. If however, you have decided to endure these problems with us until fully resolved I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks. I would also like to ensure you that we will have nitro and co2 on grounds and ready to distribute to our customers, whether they number 1 or 100. Thank you once again Del P.S. Points noted Aerion

Today we had 53 kids come from Camden Military Academy -very interesting. All the air tanks were able to be filled up with no problem. Nitro had to be filled the old fashion way by hooking it up to the actual tank.
I got 3/4 full 20 oz. and 12 oz. tanks that with a sniper II, it served just fine.
