I totally agree that the flag should not have been out of play and that it was wrong to remove it. However even though we could not plant the flag on the last mission we still WON THE FREAKING GAME!!! HOOOORAAAHHH!!

Steers and I were still alive a the end of the rucus - If the flag were still there and on the ground we would have picked up the flag and strolled away.. There was no one there to stop us.

Deebo made a judgement call and in strong confidence saying he was shot by a guy he just emiminated. There was no one else there claiming to be a conderate live player when I arrived 2 seconds after Deebo left the scene which lends validity to his claim that an eliminated player shot him.

Steers and I were both still live active players at the scene, protecting Deebo's evacuation - but there were no active confederete players there (according to their own claims as being previously eliminated).

My call to Del was about us having the correct flag and the right to move it. He confirmed this for me settling an early dispute that I didnt read or understand the rules.

As for taking it like a man, we lost the war, but we surely won this battle.

Thumper you are so full of crap..and furthermore Del was standing in my line of sight the whole last phase of the game..there is no positive way he knows what turely happened with the flag...his decisions are based solely on word of mouth...sorry

Why must so many people still argue about what happened at the game? THE GAME IS OVER, MOVE ON!!! South won and the North lost. Period. Yea, the whole flag incident was/is controversial, but who cares? Yea we lost a few points because of it, but it didn't affect the outcome of the game. Fine something else to whine about people, Move on.
