Gettysburg after action report

Well, I just got out of the shower, and I've seen my poor body in the mirror and decided to do a quick post here. I had fun. I shot a whole lotta paint and hit a whole lotta people. (At least I could have sworn all 3 of those shots broke on that guy's mask...) The format was a bit confusing/hard to understand, but that didn't stop Riot from slinging a whole bunch of paint my way. I actually counted my hits up...let's see... 2 hits in my barrel, 2 on my feedneck, 1 on my fingertip and grip frame, 2 on my hopper, 1 on my nitro guage, 1 on the back of my tank, 1 on my e-blade solenoid, 1, 2, 3, 4 on my harness, 3 on my mask (including that bounce), and 2 on the top of my head. After looking in the mirror, I found 32 welts on me. That brings the grand total to 51. Ouch! Anyways, it was a blast.

alright, so here we can talk about today. I can say that I had a great time, no problems really. We had some overshooting/wiping going on, but this was taken care of to a point. Mad props to Del for organizing this one, and reffing it. Props to Mylan for his reffing too, he was right up in it with Del most of the time. I'm enjoying this scenario play even more, we were hoping for pirates to have more guys, but I think we shared our fair share of holding up our side. Even though we were depicted as "candy asses" by a certain dickhead, no worries... Overall everyone was nice, and I like that everyones recognizing us a bit more. BTW,that xball gold shot tits. :tup

hahaha, all in all i give the scenario a 7.9/10 mainly for the fun factor, it woulda got a 10 but to many people cheated and i didnt understand all the missions...but fun, shot lots of people....

Great time, thanks Del, definately worth getting shot all of those times. There were a few mishaps, but it's all good. Good game to the south, it was fun shooting you and being shot by you.

The Xball Gold shot great, I'd love to have that up there again.

Pirates were awsome today, and i must say they all had pretty high integerity consitering some of the bad talk towards them. ( btw no one has the right to yell at a player and call them names just because they dont do what they want them to do).

As a ref i was pleased to see a good amount of incidents where players handled problems with other players in a calm reasonable attitude (with the exception of a few {understandable}). and my hat goes off to the south side for completely rolling north in the last battle (no offensive north). and tips to north side for holding it down over by the graveyard and indian hills for a good while.

I thank God for all you honest hard playing teams/players. Keep up the great work.

ps: those Firefights where insane!

Thanks man, you did a great job reffing, you were in there getting shot more than half of the players were. Thanks for checking all of those people when we yelled at you. Haha <3

I was very dissapointed with the sportsman ship of several individuals. I also think there was a terrible game of finger pointing going on, that did not need to be done. I had no problems with being over shot, and i had no problems with the staff or the way the game was ran. Overall it was a very solid event though i am sick of hearing of all the drame between various people and factions.
