These leagues do however ban full auto, and bouncing guns, because these modes/settings ARE dangerous. (we've tried telling you this before).
just give up, ramping is not dangerous.
You are right,, Skeeter, Ben and I are wrong. We probably dont have a clue about playing in the woods.

Gee,we're still beating this dead horse to death?????I still like the 5 bps rate myself. If you can't hit your target with 5 balls shot in one second, then ya' got an issue.Heck,I've been playing pump with a 40 round hopper and have taken out DM's,ION's and EGO's and I've only got 1 good shot at it before being bombarded by a rope of paint. Now Im not criticizing nor condoning ramping,it's just my opinion.I've got an upped PM5 with Tadao board and I see no point in using it at a scenario.I would either be shooting my 98 custom pro or my pump. But,again, that's just me.If the limit is 15 bps, then I guess it's 15 bps however you get 'em there.Semi,RT or Ramping.Just my 2 cents.

Ok guys. Here it is, the post to end all ramping posts. Why ramping is safe 101.

Alright...let's say that we'll be shooting at 280 fps this scenario, which we will be. So that means that a paintball will be able to travel two hundred and eighty (280) feet in one second.

Now, with ramping capped at fifteen (15) bps (balls per second) that means that the marker can shoot fifteen (15) balls in one second.

Now we must use common sense (ZOMG). The person is 280 feet away, someone shooting 15 bps is shooting at this person 280 feet away is the ONLY way that there would ever be 15 balls in the air at a time shooting at someone. Now, the common sense cuts in. How often are we in firefights that almost spans the length of a football field in the dense wooded area that is Triggertyme? You guessed it! Rarely, if ever. Unless you're not to smart, or have the Flatline x 19872347.

Let's think in more logical spaces. Alright, usually firefights will go up to 100 ft. maximum that ever lead to anyone getting out. That is a good bit less than half of the amount of paint in the air. Half of 15 bps, is 7.5 balls in the air, we'll round up. So 8 balls in the air at 140 ft. My guess would be around 4-5 balls in the air at a time when someone is having a firefight with you from 100 ft. away. And that's pretty much the maximum range of pretty much all paintball guns. (talking about the paintballs actually busting).

Beside that last point I made, ramping is controllable, just as controllable as semi-auto. It still takes skill to shoot people with ramping. It's safe (see above statements).

The end.

Hahaha, that's funny. I laughed.

But...I don't really understand what you're telling me by that thread, I didn't read too far into it. Any certain post you'd like me to read?
