22 year old Matt Bohach is one busy guy. Until recently he was balancing a job, going to school, and administrating Angel-Owners.com, a large owner's group website for WDP Angels. He's since graduated from school, but he remains a busy guy. Another busy guy, Master Tech Ken Crane, got in touch with Matt and together they created a service ticket system that will allow the chronically busy Crane to spend more time on the workbench repairing and modifying markers rather than on the phone.

Dale Ford: What precisely does this new software that you have running on PerformanceAngel.Com do?

Matt Bohach: The sole purpose of this software is to make Ken’s life easier. It should allow him to spend more time at the workbench and less time answering 800 phone calls a night, asking where is my gun. This will give Ken a way to keep all customers updated on the status of their package and they can check it 24 hours a day instead of calling ken at 3 AM.

D: How long did it take you to develop it?

M: Not real sure since it’s been a project that I just worked on here and there whenever I had free time. But from start to finish it took several months to get to the point to where it could be used.

D: Is this software based on existing software, or did you create it from scratch?

M: Made from scratch.

D: What's the name of this software?

M: The service ticket system that has taken up all the free time I’ve had in the last 3 months version 1.0

D: Are the other MT's looking into using it, and Ken is your Guinea Pig?

M: Ken said that Robert "P.I." Moon (of FixMyAngel.Com) may be showing some interest other than that I’m just told what to do and have no idea outside of that.

D: What else do you have in development?

M: If I told you I’d have to kill you. Other than that project that we had talked about doing before (are we allowed to talk about that yet?)… I have nothing planned at the current moment.

D: What's the name of your company?

M: I don’t have one …. Maybe I can put it under Angel Owners

D: Will a final version of this software be available for sale, or was it created under contract for use only by the Angel Force Master Techs?

M: Everyone / everything has a price tag.
