Great mission format

I think the mission format was great. With many other big games, you either have to be in the right place at the right time or with one of the big established teams to get a mission or know what exactly is going on. And even then, it can be very sporadic. The format at WCS allowed ANYONE and EVERYONE to get involved in any mission if they chose to, instead of leaving all points and action to those "in the loop." And that's important if we really are as commited as we claim to bringing newer players into the sport and into these scenarios.

I like general kills and base sacking to carry a little bit of weidght, but given the time restraints and things like that this game was probably perfect. Or as close to perfect as Triggertyme could have made it in such short notice

I like those things too. But with smaller numbers like we had, the format used was best. I don't like games to be too complicated but I do think it is important for scenarios to require some sort of force management by the generals. I also like the idea of bonus points whenever a general leads a mission - any mission.

And on the pedestal these words appear:

Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away
