I can understand why we wouldnt want to do 15, but even when we had it at 13 i only had 1 complaint, and that was grant who got "done in the back" by a kid with a 98 Rt. Im sure that Earls pump gun can top 6 BPS
So im going to support "10 BPS any way you want to get there" Drew

hugely agree with drew on this. 6 bps is just too low. even with a semi it is a realistic number to reach and surpass 6 bps.

6bps is perfect if you cant keep it down you are not that great think back to the day when 6bps was screaming fast, this rule keep it fair and fun the last thing you want to do it go 20bps on someone that has never played before, most likey they would not come back after something like that. we all have to remember this is woodsball not speedball and not everyone can afford the gun or the paint to shoot that fast, just my 2 cents

Your arguement is valid but i will point out that this is not "back in the day". and for the average gun now 6 is either average or on the slow end. While this type of ruling is convenient for pump players (yes i own more than one myself) i think it is unfair to treat the majority of the players that do bring semi auto to a game as a "minority" with rules that would be more advantageous to a pump guy I will also add that a scenario game is not where most people have their first game. Yes there are a few, and yes they do stand out prominently in memory for being somewhat lost, but overall they are few. and most of the poeple i have seen at a game use an Ion or a Tippman A-5 w/ stuff. and yes Sniper II's. In the past i have not noticed a great deal of overshooting at triggertyme. I have played every scenario at Triggertyme since 2001. Indeed the most recent was by a cammo guy toting a 98-E something or other who told me not to be a "*****" he quickly found out that refs do not appreciate being called "*****". -To that point Im cook with any rate of fire AS LONG AS they do not overshoot. But anyway i could ramble on along both sides of the track, but i do think that 10 bps is more reasonable for scenario ball, because there are much less first time and even neophyte players at scneario than there are in recball. SO thats my story and im sticking to it no matter what is decided __________________

I agree with most of what people are saying about the 6 bps.. I know i have been shot up alot and it does bother me sometimes but i would rather be able to shoot more then 6 bps if i was coming to this game
Like other people have said most paintball guns now can shoot over 6 w/o even using a board or a ramp or a full auto switch. Me i would say 15 is a good number but i could settle for 10.
