I will say this about the MOUT games. James (AAA Owner) is working diligently to put on more MOUT games at different locations. I am sure when things are finalized....James will let us all know.

I had wondered if maybe another Promoter could put on an event at McClellan?

Yes, James was discussing other MOUT venues at the last game at McClellan. Would be nice. Don't know if the current rank will let anyone else in the gate at McClellan. Woody and I had spoken with Sgt O'Day about splitting the load a while back, but it never went anywhere beyond discussion. I don't know what Sgt O'Day's role is anymore in the grand scheme of things. I heard that the Sgt that had stepped in, (can't remember the name), was being transferred out. That was the last of it. I know we'd love to get in there and put on a game if James isn't able to for some reason... :cool4:

It's a shame they lost the lease at AAA. I hate to see ANY field go down. But Jedi, isn't there another field that is opening in your area? I heard whisperings that it is going to be extremely kick ass...

Ft Red Rock opened in November of 07 and they have been working hard to grow and meet the needs of all of its patrons. They have recently leased more land and are currently clearing the land to accomodate some future Scenario events. The owner Richard Rapier visited Bear Claw for the Midnight Madness and loved the place and the game.

The link below will show you the current setup...if you look at the surrounding woods...they leased 50 acres adjacent to the existing fields. The field has a good relationship with James Roberst and most of James' business is now being referred to Redrock.

What is James' "new venture", Jedi? ...besides him trying to do more expanded MOUT games around the country... Any idea? FRR says there's going to be a celebration on April 27.
