Dear Paintball Field Operators, Media, Manufacturers, and Suppliers

The Paintball Sports Trade Association "Field Operations and Safety Committee" needs your help –

Our PSTA “Field Operations and Safety Committee” is striving to create an official industry baseline for agreed “best practices” at Paintball Game Fields. As a portion of our Committee’s first initiative, we are compiling the template for an Industry Standard Safety Briefing and Orientation Meeting.

Over the years, many excellent safety briefings and orientation meetings have been written and conducted by the best fields, leagues, insurers and event promoters around the world. We plan to compile a collaborative edition representing the best of the best, which will result in our official PSTA Safety Briefing and Orientation Meeting outline. This document will be used as a guideline for our PSTA field membership. (The Membership Committee’s initiatives will become evident later in the year.)

Rather than reinventing the wheel, this important project will be greatly assisted if you will forward any material you have regarding published or written instructions for conducting Paintball Field Safety Orientation briefings. You have been included in this email request based on your experience and leadership in this area of expertise, and your helpful assistance and support of the PSTA’s missions will be duly credited on the PSTA website.
