    Pump Challenge

On October 27th, 2007 Palmetto Paintball will be hosting its first Pump Players Challenge. All players are welcome to this event, even if you don't have a pump marker.

Gates open at 8AM, first mission will begin at 10AM, with missions following every 20 mins, except at lunch time, where there will be a 45 min time interval.

There will be two teams. Each teams will need a Commander, Deputy Commander, and an XO. (We can take volunteers for these positions, or we can draft!) Pump markers are preferred, but not required. Semi-Auto markers will be restricted to semi only, and may have additional "balancing" restrictions on them. (May only carry a hopper, no pods/No Hopper, feedneck fills only, etc..)

There will also be four spawn points on the map (two for each team.) Opposing teams will not be allowed within 150 ft of a spawn point while players are respawning.

The missions will be run in an "Open Book" type where each commander needs to be at a specific designation at a specific time.

    PRE-REGISTRATION:
Preferred, but not required. We only wish to get a head count so we can order paint appropriately. If you are pre-registering, please do so by midnight, October 22, 2007.

Individuals: Please give us your name and how much paint you will need.
Teams: Team name, number of players coming, and how much paint your team will need.

This will be a FIELD PAINT only event.

    Costs:
    Field Fee - $5.00
    Entry - $10.00
Air: All day CO2/Compressed air - $10.00 (Individual air fills will be available. All day CO2 does not include 12grams.)

    Paint -

    $49.95/case or $12.50 per bag of 500
    $59.95/case or $15.00 per bag of 500
    (Brand TBD.)

I will add more details as I develop the game further. They will be posted here.

yup - and watch out for the 12 monkeys game on Oct 6th -

but pump play is cool -- mixed play of PUMPs vs SEMIs is even cooler.

and Ill just bet there are a few pump ballers around here who would take the challenge.

hey Aaron - the more I think about this, the more I like it.

ps: Drew is a wimp - and Grant smells like a goatcheese pizza

any chance of getting some Draxxus Hellfire or XBALL for the occassion.
RPS Premium will do, but Hellfire is gouda
