Blanding is worth the trip... Hotels in the area are pretty cheap. If LCP runs the event it's usually incredible and worth the time.

Yeah i agree with snake there, we were at the charity game for Juliana last Sept. and billy ran that game along with NAWL and did an awesome job. Plus Blanding is just awesome in itself. Love them murder holes ha

Yeah, we tried to shove you through a few of them. Blanding was a blast and we will be back especially if LCP is running the show.

I'm actually pushin for that same date at another MOUT site. It'll most likely be around the same weekend- maybe even a weekend or so after that depending on the particular MOUT's schedule of availability. (Availability at MOUT sites are best on holiday weekends because there's usually no training on those weekends)

What's the absolute latest that the teams here could commit to a MOUT event? 1 month out minimum, 3 weeks?

Keep in mind that just about everything will most likely be free.

    1-free camping
    2-free entry
    3-free air
    4-possibly free meal tickets
5-possibly even a program to receive free paint for everyone that participates in "program"

The only expenditure it appears at this point would be purchasing paint at registration just to guarantee your attendance.

Any feedback is appreciated. Of course, I'd prefer 5 months of advertising, but with what I'm trying to do (the big picture) thats just not a possibility right now.

With the only cost being paint and gas... I could go it on a month's notice. Most of my team probably couldn't do that though.

    James,

With the anticipation for this event...I do not think we will need much heads up...I know I have kept our schedule clear for September due to the possibility of your next MOUT. If I had my choice labor day is a good weekend...but you will be competing with other events for sure.

You will have a full contingency of GK$ there no matter what venue or date.

    James,

For Carolina Riot we will be there with bells on regardless, I have our schedule opened up for Sept. as well. Even if it means I have to lay out of work a couple of days I'll be there...
