Monte Cassino- World War II
In the early winter of 1944 Allied bombers destroyed the historic Abbey founded on the hill over Monte Cassino, Italy. Two days after the bombing, German paratroopers poured into the ruins to defend it, making the Allied attacks even more difficult.
The largest land battle in Europe, Monte Cassino is to become the bitterest and bloodiest of the Western Allies' struggles with the German Wehrmacht on any front of the Second World War.
A battle that could stall or end the Allies' push to Germany...

Man I wish I was there right now, we had tentativly planned on playing San Juan Hill in July, but.......gas prices cancelled another long trip for us. Someday we're gonna make the haul over there to Splatbrothers
