Matt was a pleasure to be around; he always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and teammates.

You Will Be Missed Matt

Just thought i would throw out a couple of little known facts about Matt "Haz-Matt 2" Harp to make people smile...... (Cuz thats how he would want it).....


Being really big into helicopters, Matt paid HUGE money to purchase the actual helmet used in the filming of the TV series "Airwolf" with the working servo on the visor and all. It was his most prized possession. Matt is being cremated, and they are actually going to seal his ashes up in that helmet to be buried.
We actually have a pic of him wearing it.... I will see if I can send it to Junkie and have him put it up in here because I don't know how to do it...lol

I once made the mistake of telling Matt that I didn't care for the restaurant "Cracker Barrel". After looking at me like I was an alien, he told me... "I know I am the one that has had my brain operated on, but maybe you should try it 'cuz something is obviously wrong with you." Then he began speaking of himself in third person again saying, "Matt Harp thinks Mouse is crazy..... Matt Harp thinks Mouse needs his head cracked open like mine. Matt Harp wants to go to Cracker Barrel now."

God needed another player on his team..............

I wish with all my heart, that there were words that would ease the torment that Matt's family and friends are feeling. But alas there are non. Just know that my thought and prayers go out to your family and friends.

Timmy's Wife, myself and the girls will have his family in our prayers. I was only able to play alongside Matt a couple of times due to being gone with the military these past couple of years but I remember when I met him for the first time when i returned home. Like junkie said before he only just met me but he treated me like we had know each other for decades. God rest Matt you are in better hands now. Ensure your tears are not cried for the loss of Matt but for all the happy and good time we all have spent with him.
